We also Sell, Service, and Maintain Commercial Refrigeration, Ice Machines, Chillers, Coolers, Freezers, Prep Tables, Walk ins, and Wine Coolers.

We have  Commercial Facilities maintenance, and work on Facility Controls, such as Novar, and Johnson, ETC. We also bid on New Commercial Strip Center Build Outs, and other Commercial Construction.

We have service for Residential Management Companies, and Apartment, and Condominium Complexes.

We prefer to Install New  Air Conditioning, and Heating Systems, Coils, Compressors, Contactors, Air Handlers, Furnaces and many other air conditioning parts from Trane.  Comfort link, Schlage link, and Honeywell thermostats, and  Aprilaire Dehumidifiers. We also Sell, Service, and do Maintenance on all Brands of Air conditioning, such as, Lennox, Rheem, Ruud, Carrier, Bryant, Payne,  Goodman, York,  Coleman, American Standard, and Honeywell.  We Install, Service,  and Maintain, Ice Machines from Hoshizaki, True, Scotsman, Manitowac, Ice-0-matic and All Other Brands.

Maintenance Contracts

We have discounted Maintenance Agreements for our Consumers that like to think ahead and save money. These are called Energy Savings Agreements.  For our Commercial Clients, we also have Custom Maintenance plans Quarterly or Biannual.
